SCAIL Mode: Generated video leads reference pose_images by exactly 4 frames

In SCAIL mode, output frame 0 corresponds to pose frame 4, so poses 0 to 3 are never used.

What Badgr ran

Nothing was run: it needs the SCAIL workflow, the Wan 14B model and a pose video, converted to an API workflow.

What came back

  • Animate mode is reported as aligned.

Checked 2026-10-15 in Badgr’s local development environment.
