DeepSeekV3Detector streaming drops the first tool call when two complete calls arrive in one increment

Reproduced

When two complete tool calls arrive together, the streaming parser emits only the second.

What Badgr ran

Ran the issue's parser snippet inside the SGLang nightly image on an L40S through Badgr.

What came back

  • streaming returned only (0, 'get_tourist_attractions').
  • non-streaming returned both get_weather and get_tourist_attractions.
