Subagent spawns are refused intermittently under gateway load, reportedly 30 to 50 percent of attempts.

What Badgr ran

Not run: the failure depends on a loaded production gateway with many concurrent sessions, which was not set up.

What came back

  • No run attempted.

A repeat-spawn test against a real gateway under load is the right check.

Checked 2026-10-11 in Badgr’s local development environment.
