The AI server runs on Vast.ai and now needs a public HTTPS address for the backend to receive violation data.

What Badgr ran

Nothing was run: the issue is a hand-off note between the project's AI and backend teams, with an AI server address and an API shape, and no failure or request to test.

What came back

  • The AI server posts violations to POST {backend}/api/violations and exposes /video/stream, /zones and /alerts.
  • The only blocker named is that the backend needs a public https address.

No Badgr test applies without their AI server code and a video stream. If they want compute for the video analysis, a /health plus one-inference smoke test is the first step.

Checked 2026-10-14 in Badgr’s local development environment.
