Context summarization fails on a custom LLM class that implements only the basic call method.

Ran the issue's reproduction with a minimal custom LLM subclass against the installed CrewAI, locally on CPU.

What came back

  • The run printed FAILED: NotImplementedError NotImplementedError().

One run, no fix attempted.

Checked 2026-10-11 in Badgr’s local development environment.
