LTX-2.3 generation speed dropped significantly after upgrading to the new ComfyUI version

After upgrading ComfyUI Desktop, a 10-second LTX-2.3 clip takes about 20 minutes instead of 8 on an RTX 3060 12 GB.

A test would run the same clip on two ComfyUI versions on one rented GPU.
